More Mice

So very glad its the weekend..!

More Makey Bakey Mice cards this week, all the images and papers came as part of a pack. Here we go:

This is another stepper style card cut on the Cameo. The sentiment came with the paper pack, the bats and balls are some 3D stickers I have had for years. A few dots of liquid pearls to finish the corners and a very quick card.

This next card is a rocker card, again cut out on the Cameo.

This is one of the small toppers so the rocker card is only 14cm x 10cm. I have decided to leave the sentiment off for now as I think this would suit many occasions. I used liquid pearls at the sides and a couple of flowers with candi at the centres.

That's it for now so thank you for looking and hope you all have a great weekend x

Makey Bakey Mice

I hope everyone is well and you all have some crafty time planned for your weekend.

My hubby is playing football so I have a whole afternoon to myself which is probably when I will lose my mojo!

This week I have been using the Makey Bakey mice pack I purchased just after Christmas and because they are die-cuts I decided to make step cards and rockers cards which I cut out on the Cameo.

The card and backing papers that came with the images was so gorgeous I wish I had bought two sets so that I could keep one.

So, for the first card I would like to show you, from one of the backing papers I cut out the little mice and turned them into framed portraits by adding silver lined stickers to the edges. Two little dots of liquid pearls on each tiny frame became the 'nails.' Sticker gems were used on some of the corners:

And from the side:

For this next card I used the paper to decorate so it didn't really need much else adding to it. This is the paper I cut the little mice from for the photo frames above:

So far I have made six cards from this kit and still have enough to make another three or four. The rest are not quite finished yet so will post them at a later date.

Thank you for looking x

It's the weekend...wooohooooo

So glad it's the weekend, looking forward to relaxing this weekend and doing as little as possible (after the shopping, housework and ironing!).

I still need to build up a stock of Birthday cards so I have decided to make several cards using the same layout but just altering the colours. I originally did this card in pink so here is my attempt with pastel greens and browns. I have added a few cream candi's and the sentiment is stamped using dark green ink.

At the moment my hubby is due to play football tomorrow so I may get a few hours for crafting. Hope you all have a good weekend and looking forward to seeing all you crafting projects in the blog hop x
