It's Christmas - Accordian Christmas Card

Well, not quite yet but us crafters have to start early don't we!

This is a sneak peek of the new Accordian Dies and Christmas inset Die's from Crafters Companion.  I have thoroughly enjoyed making this card as it was so easy with the die's doing all the intricate work.

I also love these Makey Bakey Mice stamps which I bought a while ago and thought that this was the perfect card to use them on. I will show you a few photo's from different angles:

Hope you liked it and thanks for popping by x

To make this card I used:

Oval Accordian Die
Christmas Carol Oval Overlay
Christmas Magic Sentimentals Stamps
Black card, Red card
Collall gel glue, Red tape
Spray & Sparkle – pearl diamond
Makey Bakey Mice Stamp – Christmas Carols
Makey Bakey Mice Stamp – Holly Jolly Christmas
Stazon Ink (Black), Gems (red)
Spetrum Noir Pens – DR5, DR7, EB5, OR1, IG1, IG2, CG2, DG3, JG6

The full range of Accordian die's and overlay's are going to be on Create & Craft tomorrow:

Fancy Edge'ables Diamond Fold Card

Been playing with the fancy edge'ables dies and tried the Floral Dance I used in last weeks post on a Diamond Fold card and I am very happy with the results. See what you think:

This was one A4 sheet of Centura Pearl with a few pieces of paper from my stash for the sides. I used Candi for the flower centres which I sprayed with Spray and Shine first. The smaller circles I cut out of the Candi with a hole punch.

The centre flower is the small Sunflower die I have used on other cards.

Here is the same fold of card but using different colours:

This time for the smaller flowers I used gems rather than cut out smaller pieces of the Candi. I also ran the whole card through an embossing folder before I started to decorate it (the photo hasn't picked it up too well but you may be able to see it on the white parts of the card).

Thank you so much for visiting x

Fancy Edge'ables - Cascade Card

I wanted to share with you a card I made for Crafters Companion for the release of their fancy edge-ables dies.

I had tried to make cascade cards before but either my punches would not go through card or they weren't the right design for this type of cards. When I got the Floral Dance Fancy Edge'able Die I decided to give this type of card another go and I am really happy with the end result.

I just added a few stickers to the flower centres and used a little red mirror board for the center flower, the tag and the numbers. If you would like to give this one a go here is a link to the tutorial:

Another photo from the top just so you can see all the gorgeous flowers in this particular Die:

Thanks for popping over everyone and hope you have a lovely weekend x

Quick & Easy Cards Using Edge'ables

Well we had a hell of a rainstorm last night but the clouds have just cleared and it looks like it's going to be a gorgeous sunny day.

I wanted to show you a card that is very quick to make but I love it:

I used Centura Pearl Card for the main card and pink backing papers from my stash. The flowers were made using the Blossom Quilling Die and a few gems and pearls added as finishing touches.

Here are a few more variations of the same style card:

The flowers this time were made using another die and Kraft card which I sprayed with Spray & Shine

Thank you for stopping by and have a lovely weekend x
