Colours of the Rainbow

This weeks challenge over on 'Use Your Craft Stash' is to make something which has the rainbow colours in it. It's something I'm seeing a lot of over the last few weeks so its great to be able to join in craft wise. 

For this card I used water colours. I painted all the colours onto my glass mat (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet) and they lightly spritz them with water. Next I took a piece of card and placed it on top of the water colours and kind of smooshed it down. 

I used a Butterfly die on the side and then used some of the Butterfly 'waste' to decorate. I was at a loss of what sentiment to use but decided on Hello because then the card can be used for most occasions by adding something inside.
